Our space comfortably seats 45–50 guests, making it ideal for intimate gatherings, showers, parties, and small professional events. Our occupancy is 80 total.

Yes! Ember & Ivy is beautifully decorated with timeless, elegant touches so you don’t have to bring a thing—unless you want to! You’re welcome to add your own personal accents if desired.

Absolutely! We love seeing your creativity.
Just a few guidelines:
• No nails, screws, staples, or wall-penetrating items
• Do not use tape or adhesives on wallpapered surfaces
• All décor must be removed at the end of your rental
• Renters are responsible for any wall damage

Our standard rental blocks range from 4 to 6 hours, with options to add extra time if needed. Setup and cleanup time is included.

Ember & Ivy is perfect for baby and bridal showers, birthday parties, graduation celebrations, networking mixers, training sessions, and other intimate gatherings.

Each rental includes a designated time slot, which begins at walk-in and ends at walk-out. Please plan your setup and cleanup within this window. Most guests find that 1 hour for setup and 30 minutes for cleanup works well.
Need more time? We recommend booking two back-to-back slots to keep your event stress-free.

Our team takes care of deep cleaning between events. To keep things running smoothly, we kindly ask that you:
• Wipe down counters and flat surfaces (cleaning supplies provided)
• Sweep the floors
• Take out the trash to the trash bin just behind the building
Please leave the space as you found it so it’s ready for the next guest.

Yes! We offer complimentary WiFi and a Bluetooth speaker for music streaming during your event.

Yes, you’re welcome to rearrange furniture to suit your setup.
Please return everything to its original place before leaving.

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least three weeks before your event date.
